Welcome MRIWA’s new board member
Professor Melinda Hodkiewicz commences her three-year term on the MRIWA board as of the 1st of January 2022.
Melinda Hodkiewicz has worked in the mining sector for over 35 years in operations, maintenance, and academic roles.
Melinda is a Chartered Engineer with expertise in maintenance, asset management and safety and is currently developing artificial intelligence techniques to textual data in these application areas.
Melinda was one of the inaugural MRIWA College members and has been involved in our Theme Committees before that.
The combined skills on the Board position MRIWA well to challenge and consider how we can use minerals research to advance Western Australia.
