The student aims to examine the significant impacts of psychosocial risk factors, (organisational culture, respect, and workload), on workforce sustainability and workers’ behaviours i.e., individual behaviour and work-related outcomes (psychological health and well-being, engagement, and retention) in mining industry with the moderating role of psychosocial safety climate on these relationships.
