Biography
Helen joined MRIWA in 2026 as a Principal Project Officer primarily focussed on the Exploration Amplification portfolio.
She has extensive experience in the Australian and international mining sectors, working within resource companies, service providers and as an independent consultant. Her career combines deep technical expertise with executive leadership across global operational, technical and R&D teams. She has a strong track record in market-led development of products and services, strategic business development, and portfolio and project management. She brings considerable insight into the mineral exploration sector, supported by a broad and active professional network.
Helen holds a BSc(Hons) in Geoscience from University of Western Australia and a Masters of Science and Technology Commercialisation from Adelaide University/ IC2 Institute at University of Texas at Austin.
Her experience also includes extensive stakeholder engagement, commercial negotiations, risk management, and the review of legal and financial agreements.
