Rob Evans

Biography

Rob is a Principal Project Officer with MRIWA, formerly a Mining Engineer having two decades experience across WA’s regions and nationally. His experience covers a bulk, precious, critical and strategic minerals, explosive research, development and manufacturing, energy and steel production.

Previously Rob has also been engaged in government reforms and regulation of planning, native title and lands assembly, digitisation, government trading enterprises, mineral economics and forecasting and infrastructure with the Departments of Lands, Planning, Lands and Heritage, Treasury and Premier and Cabinet.

He is currently completing a Master of Science (Mineral and Energy Economics).
