New survey probe technology will allow simultaneous survey logging and Reverse Circulation (RC) drilling

MRIWA project M0449 with Globaltech Corporation supported the design and initial testing of a new survey probe for use in Reverse Circulation (RC) drilling.
This probe would allow automated logging of rock properties during the drilling process.
If promising initial results are replicated in further trials, adoption of this technology could offer significant efficiency gains and cost savings to the mining industry.
