Summary
The thermal and oxidative characteristics of two floated nickel sulphide concentrates, one from the Kambalda Nickel Operation and from Agnew Mining Corporation, as well as a mixture containing concentrates, flash furnace dust and fluxes, were investigated using Differential Thermal Analysis, Differential Scanning Calorimetry, Thermogravimetry, Electronprobe microanalysis and X-ray diffraction.
